Outdoor security cameras monitor the driveway and backyard pool area. There are no indoor cameras, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. 🔕 House Rules: 💥 Noise Level: -Quiet hours: 9 PM – 7 AM (strictly enforced) -No parties, events, or loud noise is allowed -County-required noise monitors alert hosts of excessive noise (tampering is prohibited). -Maximum allowable noise levels cannot exceed 60 dB during quiet hours -Violations may result in removal without refund 🛅 Checkout: A $100 fee will be incurred past check-out time which is 10:00am 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Guest capacity: Maximum guest capacity is 10. Any additional guest is welcome to stay for an additional fee per stay Other: 👩‍🍳 Kitchen: Throwing food or sharp objects in the sink/trash dispenser is prohibited as it can cause serious damage and can result in an additional fee 🛀 Bathrooms: Please help us keep things running smoothly by making sure kitchen paper towels aren’t flushed down the toilet. This helps prevent plumbing issues and avoids incurring any additional fees. 🚭 Smoke free home: Smoking is prohibited indoors and around the front yard, backyard and side yard as it can result in an additional fee 🏊‍♀️ Spa & Pool Usage: • Please keep the pool equipment box closed securely at all times to protect it from the elements. We kindly ask that you don’t open or handle any of the pool equipment (including the vacuum or pool robot), as these are set up to run automatically. Any damage from tampering may result in additional fees. • Want to enjoy the jacuzzi spa? Great choice! Just let me know and I can turn it on for you remotely, or feel free to use the simple instructions provided upon request to control it yourself via the tablet in the kitchen. • If you’d like the pool/spa heated, just note that there’s an additional heating fee per stay. • Optimal pool heating hours are noon to 5:00pm • Only one mass of water can be heated at a time, i.e; either the spa only or the pool only at a given time. Once the desired temperature is reached on either one, you can switch over to heating the next • If you wish for us to remotely turn on the spa or the pool heat prior to your arrival or at any point during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can allow ample time (especially for the pool) to reach the desired temperature. Otherwise, we will leave it up to you to control it from the tablet when you are at the house. 🐶 Pets: An additional pet cleaning fee is applied 📑 Acknowledgments: By booking, guests acknowledge and accept all property rules and assume any risks associated with using the pool, spa, and other amenities.
